Data we collect
- Account data such as email, name, sessions, passkeys, and workspace roles.
- Workspace data such as monitors, status pages, incidents, alerts, and invites.
- Operational data such as check runs, delivery logs, DNS diagnostics, and analytics events.
- Support data such as support cases, replies, internal notes, and linked issue references.
How data is used
Data is used to provide monitoring, alerting, status pages, authentication, support, analytics, product improvement, and internal operations.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion from dashboard settings. The app blocks deletion when the user is the only owner of a shared workspace. Support history may be retained with direct user identifiers removed.
Vendors
Still Up may use infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, payments, and issue tracking vendors. The production vendor list should be finalized before launch.
