Terms of service
Draft placeholder. Last updated June 8, 2026.
These terms are a working placeholder for Still Up. They should be reviewed by counsel before public launch or paid billing.
Use of the service
Still Up provides uptime monitoring, alerting, status pages, and related operational tooling. Customers are responsible for the monitors, endpoints, team members, and content they configure.
Accounts and workspaces
Users must keep account credentials secure and only invite people who should access the workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for role assignments.
Billing
Billing is not connected yet. Paid terms, invoices, refunds, trials, plan limits, taxes, and cancellation rules must be finalized before charging customers.
Availability
Monitoring and alerting are operational aids, not a guarantee that every outage or degradation will be detected. Customers should keep their own incident response process.
